WHO ARE WE?

BOBBY ROZE,

The Face

Bobby has always wanted to be a rockstar. He has a major love and respect for all things that musicians do. He’s not the kind of man to get starstruck, either — getting to know musicians on a deeper, more personal level is more his style. Despite not ever getting into being a musician proper, his talent for talking to others and making them feel safe and listened to has led him down the path of becoming a face in the music scene in his own right. Doing photography and interviewing bands is his way of doing his part to the scene he loves so much.

CARRIEANNE ROZE,
THE BRAINS

Carrieanne’s whole life is music. To her, music is therapy, it’s love, it’s happiness, it’s sadness, it’s every emotion wrapped up into one. Music is how she communicates with the world. After so many years of going out to see shows and meeting tons of musicians, she wants to give back. She’s been doing all of the write-ups for the bands they go see, she’s the curator of most of the questions asked in interviews, and she’s a social network in itself with how many musicians she can call friends. Music is her thing, and now she can share it with others. Carrieanne is a local music mogul who uses her knowledge and her web of connections for the good of the scene.

PHOENIX NODER,
THE BEHIND-THE-SCENES

Phoenix has been part of the local music scene their entire life. Seeing live bands from the time they could toddle, wearing band t-shirts to school picture day and doing school projects on the musicians they knew personally, this life is something they’ve always loved and respected. Now, they work on taking photos and videos, editing interviews and silly exposés, and building websites and social media followings for bands around town. Music is one of the most important things in their life, and this is how they share their love.

TOGETHER, WE WANTED TO BRING MORE ATTENTION TO THE LOCAL MUSICIANS AND THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE THE MUSIC POSSIBLE.
